This is not the first time Sultan star Salman Khan has landed in a soup for his comments and sense of humour, and as usual there aren’t many who can palate it. Salman was recently quoted by a Bollywood news website saying that after his hectic wrestling shoots for Sultan, in which he plays a wrestler along with co-starAnushka Sharma, the actor apparently felt like “a raped woman.
In the interview, Salman was quoted to have said: “While shooting, during those six hours, there’d be so much of lifting and thrusting on the ground involved…. When I used to walk out of the ring, after the shoot, I used to feel like a raped woman. I couldn’t walk straight. I would eat and then, head right back to training.”
Predictably, his statement “When I used to walk out of the ring, after the shoot, I used to feel like a raped woman…” resulted in much outrage on social media platforms, such as Twitter.
